Review Rewards Program Terms

1. The Program. The Derma Botanica Review Rewards Program (the "Program") invites eligible customers to share honest reviews of Derma Botanica products in exchange for rewards. The Program is operated by Derma Botanica LTD. ("Derma Botanica," "we," "us"). By submitting any content through the Program, including but not limited to written reviews, photos, and videos, you agree to these Program Terms, our Terms of Service, and our Privacy Policy.
2. Eligibility. The Program is open to customers aged 18 or over who have received a Program invitation from us and have used the product they are reviewing, whether purchased or received from us as a gift or through a giveaway. One reward may be issued per eligible order, based on your highest approved submission. Rewards are available only for submissions made in response to a Program invitation; reviews submitted outside the Program are welcome but do not qualify for rewards unless we state otherwise.
3. Rewards. Rewards are issued based on the type of submission (such as a written review, photo review, or video review) at the values stated in your invitation, which may vary between invitations. Rewards are never based on the rating, sentiment, or content of your review. Positive and critical reviews qualify equally. We only ask that your review is honest and reflects your genuine experience with the product or brand.
4. Submission criteria. Photo and video submissions are reviewed for format quality before rewards are issued. Photos should be clear, with the product, you, or the subject described in your invitation identifiable. Videos should be at least 15 seconds, or the length stated in your invitation, with you and the product visible in adequate lighting. We welcome any imagery that genuinely reviews the product. Submissions that don't meet the format criteria may be declined with an invitation to resubmit. Approval decisions are based only on these format criteria, never on the opinion expressed.
5. Reward delivery. Store credits are delivered by email as a single-use code, have no cash value, cannot be combined with other offers unless stated, and expire 90 days from issue unless otherwise stated when issued. Video rewards are refunded to the original payment method, typically within 3 business days of approval, though processing may occasionally take longer. You are responsible for any tax obligations arising from rewards received.
6. Your content license to us. By submitting content through the Program, you grant Derma Botanica, its affiliates, and service providers acting on our behalf a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, display, distribute, modify, adapt, edit, excerpt, create derivative works from, and otherwise exploit your submission, in whole or in part, in any media now known or later developed, including but not limited to our website, product pages, emails, social media, paid advertising, and other marketing channels, without further notice, approval, or compensation beyond the Program reward.
7. Use of your name and likeness. You consent to our use of your first name, full name, initial, username, likeness, image, voice, and any personal attributes appearing in your submission, together with your review content, in connection with the uses described above, including in commercial advertising, and you waive any right to inspect or approve the finished materials.
8. Your representations and indemnity. By submitting, you confirm that: the content is your own original work; you appear in it or have permission from everyone who does; it doesn't infringe any third party's rights, including copyright (such as background music), trademark, privacy, or publicity rights; your review reflects your honest opinion and actual experience; and you purchased the product or received it from us as a gift or through a giveaway, and have used it. You agree to indemnify and hold Derma Botanica harmless from any third-party claim arising from your breach of these representations.
9. Disclosure. Reviews submitted through the Program are incentivized.
10. Moderation. We may decline to publish, or may remove, submissions that are unlawful, offensive, infringing, false or fraudulent, or unrelated to the product or brand. We do not decline or remove reviews because they are critical.
11. Program changes. We may modify, suspend, or end the Program at any time. Changes won't affect rewards already earned for approved submissions. We may update these Program Terms by posting a revised version to this page.
