Conformance Status

It defines three levels of conformance: Level A, Level AA, and Level AAA. Accessibly App is following the best guidelines and is partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA.

Accessibly App Features

When a site has Accessibly App installed, the website can be adjusted with keyboard navigation using the “tab” key (WCAG 2.1/2.1.1). Additionally, see the list of all provided Accessibly App features and tools for a better website experience:

• Zoom | WCAG 2.1 / 1.4.4: Enables users to enhance the size of the text up to three times the original size for better readability.
• Bigger Cursor: Makes the cursor larger and more prominent for easier site navigation.
• Invert Colors: Inverts website colors to enhance contrast, aiding users with decreased vision.
• Tweak Contrast | WCAG 2.1 / 1.4.6: Allows users to manually adjust website contrast for improved visibility.
• Tweak Brightness | WCAG 2.1 / 1.4.6: Lets users modify site brightness to suit their needs.
• Grayscale | WCAG 2.1 / 1.4.6: Displays content in shades of grey, assisting users with visual impairments.
• Reading Line: Adds a supportive reading line to help with focus while reading.
• Readable Fonts: Converts on-site fonts to Helvetica, known for its readability.
• Alt Text and Images: Reads alt text of images. If no alt text is provided, the tool generates descriptions using Google's Vision AI.
• Tooltips | WCAG 2.1 / 2.5.3: Adds labels to images containing written descriptions.
• Highlight Links: Makes links more prominent for easier navigation.
• Hide Images: Hides images to improve readability for people with visual impairments.
• Read Page: Enables text-to-speech functionality to read site content aloud.
